Beware from this fraudsters scrap yard VW Warehouse who are registerd with 247spares.co.uk .

I have ordered a car part igniton coil pack and told to be recieved within one or two days. but its eight days and have not recieved the part yet. Rang them many times and everytime i spoke to them they said you will get it today or tomrow. I been so sick of their lies and i know they did not post the item at all.

The main thing is they been lieing all the time and they dont admit it at all.

Now i have not recieved the part yet and they are not refunding me and turn the phone down. Took my number to ring me back and so far no call from them. I know they not gonna ring me.

I will never order the parts from them again and awaring you to be very carefull from them. They are all liars and don't tell you the truth. Its eight day when i ordered the part and i guess they have not posted the part yet. Also they are not refunding me as well. They took the money out very first day. what a rubbish customer service and scrapyard?

247carspares.co.uk should ban these salvages and if they will not take any action against them then i will give negative feedback 247spares as well.

yep you are right, they are realy crap. I have heard many complaints against them. 247spares do not bother about any complaint. i have very bad experience from both 247spares.co.uk and vw warehouse and will advice everybody to stay away from both. 247spares.co.uk have made a feedback system which is totally rubbish. They will add only those feedback which are written by themselves. And if they add feedback by actual users then 247spare will loose his customer (like crap vw warehouse scrapyards).

Crap service both of you.

Note: They will not refund you. So forget about the refund. Try to go by solicitor. They know how to deal these stupid vw warehouse and 247spares.

yep you are right. they are not refunding me at all. their customer service is totally crap and they are liars.

Will advice you never trust anything they say

247 spares service becomes shit in this matter. They dont deal with it at all. Compalint i raised against vw warehouse on 247spares.co.uk website means nothing to 247spares. Its about a month and they never replied me for the complaint i raised.
